Our gallbladder is small pear shaped like pouch behind the liver and its main duty is to extricate the bile that is secreted from the liver.

Gallstones are formed in the gallbladder and if solidifies, it may cause severe inflammation.

The presence of gallstones in the biliary tract can cause the blockage of the bile ducts and may lead to serious illness like ascending cholangitis or pancreatitis and both illness are life-treatening.

  • Cereals – oat meal, and other grains (whole grain breads, bran flakes, whoe wheat cereals, whole grain pasta) are high in fiber that can control cholesterol. These food can flush out waste material from the body.
