High blood pressure or hypertension is one common disease of people 40 years and above mostly caused by the changing of their lifestyles.

High blood pressure happens when the pressure on the heart’s arteries and blood vessels becomes too high that causes extra stress to the heart.  If this happen in a long period of time, the pressure will increase the risk to the person of stroke and heart attack.
