I have worked overtime all the time since I resigned from the amusement park where I work 2 years ago, computer work is what replaced my regular duty. To see to it that I can support my family with our needs, I work for long hours using my PC at home. With fear of getting a much lower salary or earnings than my previous work, I had to prove that I can actually earn more than what I used to in the amusement. I was right and I have proven myself but what suffered is my neck. 2 years after, severe neck pain already started to make me feel uncomfortable.

I have been a computer and online worker for more than 2 years now and that is the same time that I have overworked my neck trying to earn from online work from home. What happened is that as of now, I felt a severe pain in the neck. I had to have it diagnosed and seek professional help. The doctor said that it was caused by cervical spondylosis, a chronic wearing away (degeneration) of the cervical spine, including the cushions between the neck vertebrae.

A sickness caused primarily by destroyed neck disc spaces. This eventually caused it to narrow down the intervals of our neck bone disc space causing some parts of it to collide with each other and possibly push some nerves where it shouldn’t be, thereby causing the pain. This is called cervical spondylosis, a kind of pain in the neck suffered by many computer workers like me.

The doctor had me diagnosed of this sickness after a series of tests and x-ray in the cervical bones. It was clear and it was seen in the negatives. Aside from professional medical help, I sought for the online available help home cure via natural pain remedies. I found out that physical therapy through mild moderated neckĀ  exercises and stretches can actually help self heal the problem. Yoga is also one. Eating good and right food also helped me recover big time. You can read my upcoming posts to find out what specific exercised were administered on me while under the care of the physical therapist. These exercises and natural pain remedies do also exist in videos so I will be providing them here one after another in my updates.
