What does having stinky feet bring to a person?

Embarassment. Low self esteem. Avoiding in contact with others. 

Having stinky feet is not a problem of one or two or ten people but there are lots of people having this problem and many just can’t seem to find a way to cure their problem even the best over the counter meds just ease the problem for awhile.

The cause of having foot odor comes from the increase of sweat that may cause the bacteria to develop and grow on the skin. If the bacteria formed is mixed with sweat, an unpleasant smell will be produced.

Here are some of the natural ways in preventing foot odor.  Some may help you temporarily get rid of your problem but others have proven that their stinky feet was cured because of these natural solutions.

  • Epsom Salts - help in reducing the odor in your feet. Soaking your feed in water with Epson salts will not only help in the foul smell of your feet but also heals sore muscles and infected cuts if any. Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes for a couple of days.

  • Baking Soda – Add two tablespoons of baking soda with two quarters of lukewarm water then soak your feet for 30 minutes. Try repeating this procedure every night vefore going to bed.

  • Black Tea – contains tannic acid that is anti bacterial that can help kill the bacterias forming in your feet that produces foul smell. Add two black tea bags to one liter of hot water and allow the tea to draw for 10 minutes. Mix it with water then soak your feet for 30 minutes. This also help your feet to sweat less.

  • Lemon Juice -  add 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice to warm water and soak your feet for about 15 minutes. Make this a habit for a week and this help reduce the bad smell in your feet.

  • White Vinegar – add 2-3 tablespoons of white vinegar (you can put more if you want to) in a container with lukewarm water and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes.  You can not over soak your feet because vinegar is an acid and might burn your skin.
