You have to always remember that we can make a drink or tea in almost all of the herbs.  Not only herbs but vegetables and fruits.

It’s just the tastes from these herb if you can take it but for sure, these are all healthy drinks.

For all the health buffs out there, and for the ones who are now starting to take care of their bodies and want to have a longer and healthy lifestyle, here are some of the herbal teas you can try and may include in your everyday meals.

  • GINGER TUMERIC TEA – this kind of drink is best for cold and flu specially during the winter or cold seasons. Ginger is known for its anti-nausea and ability that can help with motion sickness and digestive difficulties.  It is also anti-inflammatory. Turmeric is known to have anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. It is also boost immune system. Add honey to taste.
